Winter Camp in Dubai for Teens (December 2026)
Five mornings in December at the Dubai AI Campus in DIFC. Teens aged 14 to 20 work in teams on one business challenge: defining it, researching the market, building a prototype and presenting the solution on the last day. It is a working camp, not a holiday club, and it costs AED 1,500.
What teens do, day by day
The December Camp runs over five mornings, and each morning has one job. Mentors set the task, teams work on it together, and nothing is left open at the end of the day. By Friday every team has a solution it can stand up and present.
- Day 1, define the problem: the business challenge, and who it is for.
- Day 2, research the market: customers, competitors and what already exists.
- Day 3, develop and test ideas: generate ideas and test them with real people.
- Day 4, build a prototype: a working first version of their idea.
- Day 5, present the solution: each team presents to mentors and parents on the last day.
Why a business and innovation camp
Most teenagers meet business as a school subject. In the camp they meet it as a job: a challenge that has to be defined before it can be solved, customers who do not automatically agree, and an idea that has to survive being tested on real people before it earns a prototype.
That order matters. Students learn to define a problem, research the market, develop and test ideas, build a prototype and present a solution, which is exactly the sequence the five days are built around. Those are also the parts of a school project, a university application or a first job where teenagers are usually left to guess.
The other half is the team. Students work in groups for five mornings, decide between them what to build, and stand up in front of mentors and parents at the end. Presenting work you built yourself is a different kind of confidence from presenting homework.

Who the camp suits
The camp is a good fit for teenagers interested in entrepreneurship, problem-solving, and turning ideas into something practical. It is for ages 14 to 20, and it does not assume any previous business or technical experience.
It is a working camp rather than a holiday club: three hours a morning on one challenge, in a room at Dubai AI Campus, with a laptop on the table. A teenager who wants to be busy and build something will enjoy it. A teenager looking for games and activities will not.
It also does not include an internship. The paid one-month internship belongs to the six-week Young CEO programme, where 10 of the 25 students are offered one.
If your teen wants to keep going
The camp is a standalone week, and many families use it as a first taste. The natural next step is The Young CEO: six Saturdays from 9 January to 13 February 2027 at the same venue, 11:00 to 13:00, working on a live business challenge from a DIFC company, mentored by practitioners including senior partners from Deloitte and Accenture. It is AED 3,000 for the six weeks, and 10 of the 25 students are offered a paid one-month internship at a DIFC company.
How to register
Registration takes about two minutes on the December Camp page: the parent's name, the student's name, a phone number and an email address. You then receive a confirmation email with the next steps and the payment link for the AED 1,500 fee.
